Alumni Giving

The EIS Alumni Association is driven by an important purpose, and the success of our mission is dependent on support from our members and colleagues in the public health community. Annual donations and membership dues are used to help EISAA reach its goals, including funding travel scholarships, communications, alumni networking events, and EIS recruitment efforts. As we expand our activities, support from our members and friends is essential.

Are you an EIS Alumnus?

Annual membership dues are $50. Lifetime membership dues are $1,000. To pay your dues and/or make a tax-deductible contribution to support the EIS Alumni Association or the CDC Foundation, please click below and login to the Alumni portal. Once there, you are able to make a tax-deductible donation to the EIS Fund, which will help support the EIS Alumni Association, as well as many other CDC Foundation named funds geared toward specific public health needs.
